From the moment you get serious about purchasing a vessel, you may be inundated with different maritime documents. Many of these documents will be frivolous and unnecessary at best: flyers for sales, information about boats on sale, and the like. Some, like the kind you may find when you’re researching boats online, will be out and out lies (these tend to be the ones about deals that are “too good to be true.”) However, at our Maritime Documentation Services site, you’ll find marine documents that are actually useful for your vessel, today and going into the future.
Easy to Find Maritime Documents
First off, at our site, you can find all of the documents you may need in one, easy to reach place. Right smack dab on our main page are all of the documents we offer. You can find the complete list there on the left. However, to make it even easier on our clients, we’ve put the most used documents in the center of our page. That way, you don’t even have to look to the left. Instead, we’ve put all of the documents in one place.
Initial Documentation, Better than Ever
These are some of our most used forms of documentation. The “Initial” form is when you’re getting that first Coast Guard documentation. These forms have been used by vessel owners for decades. Of course, with our online site, you can fill them out easier than they ever could in the past. Instead of meticulously filling them out, word by word, line by line, you can type them out and then “tab” over with our site. Then, you can just press a button to have it sent to us, and we’ll quickly pass it on to the relevant authorities. That way, you don’t have to wait to get in the documentation that you need.
Renewal, Reinstatement and Beyond
When the time comes to get your documentation renewed, you don’t have to wait around for the Coast Guard to let you know you’re delinquent. At our site, we make it simpler than ever to get in your renewal. In fact, if you’d like, we can even make it so that you can renewal years in advance. If you got through other services, this isn’t possible. However, with us, you can do this so that you don’t have to worry about it. We don’t just do this for one year: we do it for up to five years in advance. You can also apply for reinstatement through our site, too. Basically, whatever you need to do in regards to your documentation, we can help.
All the Documents, All Together
Preferred Ship Mortgage, Satisfaction of Lien, Notice of Claim of Lien, Deletion, Change of Vessel Name and Hailing Port… if we listed out the kinds of documentation we don’t offer that your vessel could use, this would be a much shorter blog post. To find all of the documentation for your vessel, head to our site or call (800) 535-8570.
