Do you feel like your vessel’s documentation needs to be renewed soon, but you aren’t sure how to do so? Does it feel like when you sit down to complete vessel documentation forms that it’s all much harder than it should be? Documentation renewal is one of the most common reasons that folks use our site. We’ve expedited the process in many ways. That way, vessel owners from all walks of life can get their Coast Guard renewal documentation done in record time. There are many reasons to use our site for documentation renewal.
An Easier Coast Guard Renewal Documentation Process from Start to Finish
If you go to our site, you’ll find that “Renewal” is on the top left portion of the page (as it’s probably our most commonly-used form). Additionally, as it’s so popular, we just made it appear on our homepage, right in the center of the screen. We know that folks tend to want to get their documentation done quickly. So, we’ve marked the parts you absolutely have to fill out with little red asterisks. Moreover, we’ve optimized all of this for mobile devices: you can fill it from anywhere, at any time, on your schedule, quickly.
Renew Easier for Next Year, and the Year After, and the Year After…
If you scroll down our home page, you’ll find that there’s an option for “USCG Renewal Documentation Advanced Payment Option.” You might think: “wait, I thought I could only renew for one year.” With this option, we take care of it for you. Instead of you having to write down and remember exactly when your renewal deadline is, we’ll take care of all of it for you, giving you one less thing to worry about.
Did You Miss Your Renewal Deadline? We Have Options
We know that everyone is busy, and sometimes, even the most conscientious vessel owner can miss the deadline for the renewal of their documentation. These things happen. When they do, all is not lost. At our site, we have an option for “Reinstatement.” This is exactly what it sounds like. When you miss your renewal deadline, you can go the “Reinstatement” route and get back in compliance with the powers that be. Remember: if you miss the deadline, you can’t “renew,” but you can “Reinstate.”
All the Documentation, All the Time
Renewal is probably the most common reason that folks use our site, sure, but it’s far from the only reason. Most of the folks who “renew” with us are the ones who got their initial Certificate of Documentation through us, too. In fact, if you file for the initial documentation with us, you’ll have the option to be able to renew for years in advance right then and there. Don’t worry about little typos or things of that nature when you fill out these forms: our document processors can catch that. If you have any questions about how this works, you can reach us at (800) 535-8570.
